A delicous cows milk cheese, soft, mousse-like texture with rich, buttery flavour. please note this chese has a think mould rind. Because of this mould spots may appear but this does not negatively effect the flavour of the cheese. Sourced from Neals Yard Dairy who also supplied us with the photo!
