Charcuterie parcel


All our Charcuterie comes from Trealy Farm in Monmouthshire, and is produced using traditional methods from high-welfare free range animals using the best natural ingredients, including PDO designated Haen Mon sea salt from Angelsey. 


Coppa 50g - pork collar/shoulder, marbled with fat, melts in the mouth.


Finocchiona 50g - Fennel salami with a subtle, aniseed flavour. 


Bresaola 50g  - Delicious, slightly spiced air-dried beef with a hint of chilli. 


‘Prosciutto’ style air dried ham 50g - cured silverside in the style of a classic prosciutto crudo.
